Treasurer of the Board
If appointed, the Treasurer shall be a Director and is expected to fulfill the following duties:
● Attend all mandatory meetings required of the position.
● Give regular reports to the Board on the financial state of Science Atlantic.
● Develop the annual budget in partnership with the Executive Director.
● Act as an Officer of the Board Executive, as required.
● Act as a signing officer for Science Atlantic documents.
● Orient the succeeding Treasurer.
